SALON POLICY

  • No refunds. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can come back within 3 days and get your service fixed.
  • We do not accept checks, and please do not add tips to your credit card.
  • Appointments are required for all spa services.
  • We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment. You will have to wait for the next available technician when you arrive.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or coupons.
  • For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may affect your service.
  • Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash and may only be used for services or store products.
