We do not accept checks, and please do not add tips to your credit card.
Appointments are required for all spa services.
We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive 10 minutes late for your appointment. You will have to wait for the next available technician when you arrive.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or coupons.
For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems, or allergies that may affect your service.
Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash and may only be used for services or store products.
